Fall Excursions

CrossFit & Personal Training are awesome; you know this. However, it’s really fun to step outside of that for a brief bit and try something new! That’s why we wanted to offer 4 Brand-New courses this Fall for you! You’ve got the chance to supplement your CrossFit, Nutrition or Personal Training with something very specific that’ll keep you learning!

Current Forge Fitness Members will have “first dibs” at the spots for all of these classes.

If you’re a current member and want to try something other than daily WODs, this is for you.

If you’re a current member that wants to improve on a strength or weakness, this is for you.

If you’re not a current member and want to start slow (2x a week), this is for you.

If you’re looking to combine our Nutrition Package and some Fitness, this is PERFECT for you.
