January Gym Challenge!

Alrighty folks, we are throwing the gauntlet down!

From Jan 1 – Jan 31st, we’re going to see what you’re made of.

We want to see who can perform 15 Thrusters the fastest!

Rules of this month’s #ThrowDown are:

  • Must be Videotaped & Posted in our FB group (coaches will watch, count and no-rep if needed)
  • Rx: 95 lbs for Men & 65 lbs for Ladies 
  • Sx: 75 & 55 lbs
    • If you scale, go hard but if you can Rx do that so you will be eligible for a prize!!
  • Coaches are not eligible for a prize; they will set the pace!

The Fastest Rx Thruster-er at the end of the day on 1/31 will get a PRIZE from Driven Nutrition! #NOJOKE

You can do this quickly after class or at Open Gym (if you have OG membership) as many times as possible. Trying this out will only help you so, give it a shot!!
