Pull Ups & Muscle Ups
We’ve gotten a handful of questions about “Just what will we be doing at the Course?” so below is a detailed list of the plan of attack for this Friday:
- Working on getting your first pull up? We will lay out a detailed plan (too much to type here) on what area(s) you need to work on in order to get that first; glorious, pull up.
- Got Pull Ups? We will show you how to get closer to your first series of Kipping Pull Ups!
- Got Kipping Pull Ups? We’ll review a series of movements to work on the next goal of Ring Muscle Ups!
- Got Ring Muscle Ups? We will watch the movement and suggest ways to improve your movement and/or cycling of reps.
Expect the course to be 60 min long. Come in early if you wish to warm up and be ready to start moving right on time. You will learn something, 100% guaranteed.
