Should you do a Drop In?

At Forge, there are a few ways that you can start things off with us. You can sign up for a drop in for most of our classes and see how we do things or, you can book a Free No Sweat Intro.

What’s the difference and how can I pick what is best for ME?

When you sign up for a drop in, you’ll sign up here, come in for your class and chat with a coach so we can make sure you’re good to go. 90% of folks who do this have some sort of prior CrossFit or Fitness experience. If you do a drop in, and then want to sign up for a membership – we will refund that drop in fee immediately. 😀

When you book your Free No Sweat Intro, you’ll be contacted by our Gym Manager to find a good time to pop by and chat. There’s no working out at the Intro; just a friendly conversation where we find out what we can do to help you out. The Intro is a great time to come in and ask the people at the gym lots of questions. Why? Because you want to make sure that Forge Fitness is a good fit for you. Our goal is to help you be healthier and happier and that’s a long term plan!
