will be here August 18th starting at 8am!

This is a beginner and Intermediate competition ONLY
(If you RX 90% of the WOD’s, this does NOT include you..
although, you are more than welcome to volunteer/judge!!)

Below are the 3 workouts you’ll be competing in that day so start preparing now…

 

  • WOD #1:
    Part 1: 10 min to find 3RM Deadlift

    then:
    Part 2: 3 min AMRAP deadlifts at 65% of part 1^
  • WOD #2:
    5 rds for time:
    5 squat cleans (Int. – 135/95, Beg. – 105/65)

    10 burpee over bar
    15 box jumps (Int. 30/24, Beg.- 24/20)-16min time cap
  • WOD #3:
    For time:

    600m run
    60 WB (Int.- 20/14, Beg. -10/8)
    80 Single unders
    20 Push ups
    10 Clean and Jerks (Int.- 115/95, Beg. -95/65)
